GURNARD BERNARD
HOOKED ON MY PAL' GURNARD
When I was out fishing today with my grandpa, uncle, mum, dad and sister, izzy. My dad caught a Gurnard, and when the gurnard was hooked it swam around my line and tangled us up. The gurnard looks sooo pretty! its a pitty we have to use it for bait fish... BUT, I guess there is no way to preserve a fish in time... except for ice... in the antarctic.... and im not sure i want to go to the antarctic and buy a house and bury a gurnard...... anyway!. I really liked the black patches on its fins with white polka dots... its also funny, because there is a similar fish which is the most poisonous fish in the whole world which looks like a gurnard except that its white with red stripes and has deadly spikes... like the fins on the gurnard, anyway! I now have decided I want to call it gurnard... Y'know, cause it rhymes!!! yaaaayy!!!! rhymey!!!!!!!!!!!!! anyway, also, my grandpa, pappies, caught a 7 pound, 3 and a half kilo, 57 centimetre snapper, it was big. humongous. humungogormous. gigantanormouscollosalnormoushumongogormousno-rmous- im getting carried away there..... anyway... it was a big fish...
